Invited to an interview?

A company you work with uses Reqflow to find out what a project needs, and it would like to hear from you. Here is what to expect.

Who invited you

The email names the person who invited you and their company — usually the software vendor building something for your organization. They asked you because you know part of the work. If you have questions, reply to the invitation: your reply goes to that person.

What the interview is

• A conversation with an AI assistant, in English.
• About 15–25 questions, around 20 minutes.
• On your phone or your computer, whenever it suits you.
• Stop at any time and pick up where you left off.
• No account or password: the link in the email signs you in. If it no longer works, ask for a new one on the page it opens.

The assistant asks only about what is still unknown for your part of the project, so you are not asked the same things as everyone else.

What the assistant does with your answers

It writes down what you say as statements, in your own words, and you can see them as you go. If one is not what you meant, correct it. When two people disagree, the assistant does not pick a side: the person at your organization who decides on that area is asked.

People, not the assistant, decide what goes into the project’s documents.

Who sees what

• You see your conversation and the statements recorded from your words.
• The vendor’s project administrators can see the whole conversation.
• Other people in the project see the recorded statements and the quotes they rest on, but not your conversation.

Saying no

Before the interview starts, you are asked for your consent. You can decline, or tell the assistant you would rather not talk to it. Reminders and follow-up questions by email each have a link to stop them.

Your information

Reqflow stores it in Singapore. The AI models that run the interview are provided by Fireworks AI and OpenAI, in the United States, and we do not use your answers to train AI models. More in Privacy & AI and our Privacy Policy, or write to contact@reqflow.ai.
