Do the people we interview pay?
No. Invite as many as you need — your customer’s people never pay and need no account.
What is an active project?
A customer project you’re working on. It takes one of your plan’s places until you close it. A closed project stays readable, with its records, documents and versions, and you can reopen it when a place is free.
What if every place is in use?
Close a project you’ve finished, or move to a bigger plan. The projects that are open carry on either way.
What is a chat turn?
One answer from the assistant in an interview. An interview usually takes 15–25 of them, about 20 minutes for the person answering.
Do we pay per user?
No. There are no seats: your team and the people you interview are free. You pay for the interviews the assistant conducts.
What happens when chat turns run out?
Interviews pause in every project until you add a pack or your plan adds the next month’s turns. Paused interviews pick up where they left off.
Do unused chat turns carry over?
Yes: a plan’s unused turns stay in your balance for up to two months of the plan. Packs never expire.
Can we change plans?
Yes, in Plan & budget. Moving up starts at once: you pay the difference for the rest of the month and get that part of its chat turns. Moving down starts at your next renewal.
Can we cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and everything collected stays yours.
Do we need a card for the demo?
No. The demo is free, with no card.

US dollars. These are launch prices.
