How Reqflow uses your data and AI
The short version of our Privacy Policy, for vendors deciding whether to use Reqflow and for the people they invite.
What the AI assistant does
- It interviews. It asks your customer’s people about their part of the project, one question at a time, and only about what is still unknown.
- It writes down. Each answer becomes statements in the person’s own words, with the quote they rest on. The person sees them and can correct them.
- It notices. It sorts statements by kind, spots gaps the documents still have, and finds where two people contradict each other.
- It drafts. It assembles documents from the statements, with open questions marked in the text.
What people decide
- A contradiction goes to the person at your customer who decides on that area, not to the assistant.
- Your project’s administrators decide what is issued, and your customer signs off where they already work.
- Reqflow does not use AI to make decisions about people, such as their employment, credit or access to services.
The assistant can be wrong. That is why every statement shows who said it and in which words, and why people check before anything is issued.

They process content to return a result to us. We do not use your projects, interviews or documents to train AI models.
Where your data is stored
In Singapore: our database, sign-in, files and processing run with Supabase and Amazon Web Services there. Email goes out through Amazon’s service in Singapore.
Who sees what
- The person interviewed sees their conversation and the statements recorded from their words.
- The vendor’s project administrators can see whole conversations.
- Other people in the project see the recorded statements and the quotes they rest on, but not the conversations.
This website
It sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. It counts page views, clicks on buttons, scrolling and form steps, with a random visit number your browser forgets when the tab closes.
