Terms of Use

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Reqflow: the website reqflow.ai, the Reqflow app, and the interviews it runs. By creating an account, asking for early access, or taking part in an interview, you agree to them. If you use Reqflow for a company, you agree for that company and confirm that you may do so.

1. Who we are

Reqflow is operated by Aleksandr Fomichev, Product Manager, in Australia (“we”, “us”), until the company that will run Reqflow is registered. That company will then take over these terms, and we will tell account holders by email. Contact: contact@reqflow.ai.

2. Early access

Reqflow is in early access. Features are still being built and will change; the service may be unavailable at times, and we do not promise any level of availability. We may limit who gets access and when. Asking for early access does not oblige you to buy anything, and does not oblige us to give you access.

3. Accounts

Reqflow is for businesses. To create an account you must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. The administrators of a workspace are responsible for the people they add to it and for what those people do there.

4. Your content

“Your content” is what you and the people you invite put into Reqflow: project details, interview answers, recorded statements, documents and comments. You keep all rights in it.

You give us permission to store, process and display your content as needed to provide Reqflow to you, including processing by the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy, and showing it to the people in your project according to their roles. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to put your content into Reqflow.

5. People you invite

When you invite people to an interview, such as your customer’s staff:

  • you must have a legitimate reason to contact them and the right to give us their names and email addresses;
  • you should tell them why you are inviting them;
  • they are asked for their consent before the interview starts, and they can decline or stop at any time; respect that choice;
  • you decide what to do with what they said. Their statements are attributed to them; do not misrepresent them.

6. AI-generated output

The interview questions, recorded statements, classifications, detected contradictions and draft documents are produced with AI. They can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before you rely on them.

You are responsible for the documents you issue and for the agreements you make with your customers, including statements of work. Reqflow records approvals that happen elsewhere; it does not approve or sign documents for anyone.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Reqflow to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
  • harass people, or collect information about them that a project does not need;
  • enter sensitive information (such as health or financial details of individuals) unless your project truly needs it;
  • try to get around the bot checks, limits or security of the service, or access other customers’ data;
  • overload the service, scrape it, or copy, reverse-engineer or resell it.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.

8. Fees

The demo is free: one project and 100 conversation turns, once. Paid plans and packs of conversation turns, when offered, are listed on the Pricing page in US dollars, paid in advance by card through Stripe, and described there at the time you buy. Taxes may be added where they apply. We will tell you before a price change affects you.

Plans. A plan is paid monthly and renews each month until you cancel it. It covers a number of active projects and a monthly allowance of conversation turns, shared by all your projects. A project is active until an administrator closes it. A closed project stays readable, with its records and documents, but its interviews stop; it can be reopened while the plan has a free place.

Unused turns. A plan’s unused turns carry over, up to two months’ allowance; turns beyond that lapse when the next month’s allowance arrives. Packs are sold only to accounts with a plan, and their turns do not lapse.

Changing plans. A move to a bigger plan takes effect at once: you pay the difference for the rest of the current month and receive the same share of the bigger plan’s turns. A move to a smaller plan takes effect at the next renewal. If more projects are then active than the smaller plan covers, they stay active, but no project can be started or reopened until enough have been closed.

Cancelling. You can cancel a plan at any time in Plan & budget. It stays in effect until the end of the month you have paid for; your projects, records and documents stay in your account after that.

Except where the law requires it, payments are not refundable, including for a partly used period or unused turns.

9. Other services

Reqflow works with other services, such as Stripe for payments and the tools you export documents to, such as Jira and Confluence. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Reqflow at any time and ask us to delete your account. Before that, export the documents you want to keep.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if you do not pay, if we must for legal reasons, or if we stop offering Reqflow. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you in advance and give you a chance to export your documents.

After an account ends, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your content confidential. We disclose it only to the people in your project, to our service providers as needed to run Reqflow, or when the law requires it.

12. Our service and your feedback

Reqflow, its software and its design belong to us. These terms give you the right to use Reqflow while your access lasts, and nothing more. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability for failing to meet such a guarantee can lawfully be limited, it is limited to supplying the services again, or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Subject to that, Reqflow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any other promise, express or implied, that it will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

14. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, contracts or goodwill;
  • our total liability for all claims relating to Reqflow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 100 Australian dollars if you paid nothing.

15. Your responsibility to us

You will compensate us for claims by others that arise from your content, from inviting people without the right to do so, or from your breach of these terms.

16. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Reqflow after that, the new terms apply.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
